Genomes & Genetic Epidemiology of SARS-nCoV-2

COVID-19 Genomepedia
COVID-19 Genomepedia is a searchable catalog of whole and partial length genome sequences available in public domain for SARS-nCoV-2

SARS-nCoV-2 PhyloVis
The PhyloVis is an instance of Nexstrain providing an overview of the Phylogenetic clustering of SARS-nCoV-2 Genomes from across India. [PhyloVis Instance]

COVID-19 Beacon
COVID-19 Beacon provides a searchable interface to query genomic variants in SARS-nCoV-2 genomes. The COVID-19 Beacon is a collaborative initiative with Denis Bauer group at CSIRO Australia [COVID-19 Beacon]

SARS-nCoV-2 Genome Resource
A comprehensive collection of SARS-nCoV-2 Genomes from across the world has been compiled and made available for researchers for analysis.

Genome Assembly and Analysis of SARS-nCoV-2
Detailed Protocol for assembly, analysis and interpretation of the Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data of SARS-CoV-2 using easy-to-use open source utilities. In this protocol, we have incorporated strategies to assemble the genome of SARS-CoV-2 using two approaches: reference-guided and denovo. Strategies to understand the diversity of the local strain as compared to other global strains have also been described in this protocol.

Genome Analysis & Genetic Epidemiology

If you are / have sequenced the SARS-nCoV-2 Genome and looking forward to collaborate on the assembly / analysis of genomes, we would be happy to do so, free-of-cost, provided the data would be deposited in one of the publicly available resources or made publicly on an institutional website/database. Please contact us.
